 Research

I am an ecologist with an emphasis on testing basic concepts in evolutionary ecology and conservation biology. I work primarily in freshwater environments such as streams, wetlands, and lakes with a variety of organisms ranging from algae and invertebrates to fish. My current research addresses questions related to: 1) the effects of invasive species, 2) global warming and global climate changes, and 3) evolution of anti-predator behavior.
