 Research

My research involves phylogeny reconstruction emphasizing rodents in Latin America and Africa as well as population genetic structuring over geography (statistical phylogeography). A major component of my research involves rodents that are disease vectors (hantaviruses, arenaviruses, Monkey pox, Lassa fever).
