  • Promoting various scholarships
  • Facilitating the application process, when necessary

COOPERATIVE EDUCATION, WORK STUDY & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

  • Cooperative education is a program that places students on jobs related to their career goals. Most students are paid, but some are not. Students are able to apply classroom learning to practical work experience. Contact your department regarding this program.
  • Utah high school graduates may qualify for the Utah Centennial Opportunity Program for Education (UCOPE) work-study program which is processed through the BYU Financial Aid office. Its purpose is to provide meaningful work experience for students who are responsible for obtaining their own jobs on campus, in areas related to their majors.
  • More information about internships can be found on our Life Sciences Internship page. Find out what an internship is, why to do an internship, and how to find one that fits YOU.
