Google Apps Password Information

Google Apps uses single sign on for web based access. This means that you can use your myBYU password to log on using a web browser. If you change your myBYU password, use the new password to log on to Google Apps through a web browser. Your myBYU password can be changed here.

If you are using something other than a web browser for access, single sign on will not be used. The CSR office will need to set your Google Apps password in this case. This includes Outlook, Google Talk, and mobile devices. This password may be different than your myBYU password, and will not be changed when you change your myBYU password. If you desire to set this password, please submit a ticket to our office here and we will be able to get your password reset.
