Attend the She is a Scientist fall virtual conference to learn about skills that will help you successfully navigate your educational and career journey. You will have the opportunity to hear from experts on negotiating for success, releasing self doubt, and selecting the right graduate advisor. Join us on Thursday, October 28 at 11 a.m. via Zoom.

Program Outline
There will be two 25-minute sessions each offering the same three topic options.

The College of Life Sciences is committed to supporting women in their scientific pursuits. ‘She is a Scientist’ is an annual gathering to foster learning, growth, and offer support. The event is coordinated by a dedicated group of volunteers from the Life Science Advisory Council (LSAC) with support from the College of Life Science.

‘She is a Scientist’ encourages and promotes experiential learning opportunities for students in the College of Life Sciences by identifying and addressing barriers to the accomplishment of meaningful educational goals.
