Browser Support

The Life Sciences Web Team is committed to providing support for the current versions of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari as recommended by the BYU Web Advisory Board. Internet Explorer is out of date and requires a disproportionate amount of extra work and programming to function as effectively as other browsers. In addition, it represents an increasingly small percentage of our active user base. As a result, the BYU Web Advisory Board has voted to discontinue support for Internet Explorer, effective Spring of 2019.

On specific projects with unusual requirements we reserve the right to restrict support to a specific browser. In such cases this will be arranged with the principal requester before work on the site begins.
