DUE 4/1/2026 - BYU Athletics Strength and Conditioning Internship | Provo, Utah
The Strength & Conditioning staff brings on 3-4 interns every semester—Fall, Winter, and Spring/Summer. Interns participate in a weekly class focused on developing training programs for speed, agility, lifting, and conditioning. Each student is assigned to a sport and will create both a 4-week and a 12-week training program based on that team’s specific needs. Throughout the semester, interns receive hands-on training and mentoring from BYU Strength & Conditioning coaches. Students should be available for at least 5 hours a day during the internship to ensure they can experience a variety of team training sessions.
This is an unpaid internship. Students interested in applying should reach out directly to zach_stetler@byu.edu and steven_arnold@byu.edu with their resume. Students should speak with their internship coordinator regarding gaining credit for this internship.
