Join us at 9:15 AM to sort pallets of food waste from a Utah produce wholesaler. Volunteers will:
- Identify items on each pallet (access to Google Sheets required).
- Restack produce in alphabetical order (heavy lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Inventory produce to prepare for our Tuesday food rescue.
- Depending on quality, we may also sort, wash, or clean produce when necessary.
End time varies based on the number of volunteers and the volume of produce. Our goal is to finish by 1:45 PM. Any items not inventoried by 3:45 PM are not included in the Tuesday rescue.
