Biography
Bryan is the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Built Brands, where he has led the team through a period of rapid growth over the last four years. During his tenure, Built has transformed from a struggling startup into one of the fastest-growing food brands in the United States, all while maintaining the company's commitment to food safety and quality.
Outside of work, Bryan volunteers his time supporting different organizations, including the Utah Department of Agriculture Food Safety Task Force and the Institute of Food Technologists local chapter, where he advocates for student engagement and supports future scientists in finding meaningful careers in the food industry.
