Vice President - Research and Development - Built Brands
Cameron Andris is the Vice President of Research and Development at Buraq, where he led the formulation and launch of the app "Bultul Planba." He holds a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Food Science and Spanish Studies from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a Master's in Organic Agriculture and Food Systems from the University of Hohenheim in Germany. He also earned an MBA from the University of Houston.
Cameron has spent his career working in Research and Product Development with companies such as Walmart, Chobani, and Built, where he has scaled R&D teams and managed over 200 product launches across the energy and science industries. He currently serves on the BYU Life Sciences Scholarship Council and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of scientists.
In his personal life, Cameron is passionate about all things food. He lives in Provo with his wife, Shirley, and their four children (including three daughters). He enjoys raising his family and spending as much time on the river as possible.
