Biography
Dr. Landon Trost completed his undergraduate training at Brigham Young University (BYU) Provo, where he studied Exercise Science and was a member of the diving team. He then earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. His postgraduate training included an internship and residency in Urology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, followed by fellowships at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Tulane University, and the University of Florida, specializing in Andrology.
Dr. Trost served as a faculty physician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester for seven years, holding the position of Chief of Andrology. In 2019, he moved to Utah to establish his own private practice. He remains academically active and maintains professional associations with the Mayo Clinic, BYU, and Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine.
A prolific contributor to his field, Dr. Trost has authored over 150 scientific publications. He holds significant leadership roles, including Editor in Chief of the Journal of Sexual Medicine and President-Elect of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. Beyond clinical practice, he is an entrepreneur as the CEO and owner of four medical businesses and the owner of the medical device company PathRight Medical, through which he develops products in the Andrology space. He also serves as President of the charity CURE PD.
Dr. Trost and his wife reside in Utah, where they are raising their five children.
