Biography
Dr. Daun had a private practice 1995 to 2024. He was also part of Midwest Eye Center, a multi specialty ophthalmology group in Cincinnati, Ohio. He completed a retina fellowship at LSU Eye Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, and his residency at the University of Mississippi in Jackson, Mississippi. He earned his medical degree from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in zoology from Brigham Young University.
He served a French-speaking mission in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is married and has three daughters, one son, and four grandchildren. He likes to garden and work in the yard, to read, and to travel.
He is currently serving in the mission presidency of the Ohio Cincinnati Mission and is the mission’s health adviser.
